- Worked in a leading hotel of Hyatt Group in Aerocity Delhi with a total work experience of 1 year in the property and worked in all sub departments of Front Office department
- Started my work as a Guest Service Center Operator managed all calls made to the Front Office Department
- Later on became a Coordinator and handled Back Office Operations ranging from Updating Registration Cards to maintaining records of guest information and upkeep of back office
- After Coordinator, I became Host Front Desk and dealt with guests directly and performed various tasks from Check Ins to Check Outs of guests
- During this period also had a brief stint in Concierge Department of the Hotel where I kept track of the fleet of the hotel and supervised airport pickups and drops.
