Project Coordinator for 75 MLD STP, Bhairoba Koregaon - Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Act as the primary site liaison and coordinator. Address client queries, share progress updates, and ensure expectations are met on-site.
• Consultant Engagement: Coordinate with supervision consultants, e.g. Shah Technical Consultancy (STC) and NJS Engineers for approvals, inspections, and clarifications.
  Facilitate the timely submission of drawings, reports, and compliance documents.
• Head Office (HO) Sync: Relay site progress, challenges, and material requirements to HO teams.
  Ensure the timely flow of instructions, documentation, and approvals from HO.
• Subcontractor Management: Supervise daily activities of subcontractors, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Resolve site-level issues, and escalate critical concerns when needed.
• Site Progress Monitoring: Track daily work progress, and maintain site logs. Support planning and scheduling adjustments based on ground realities.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed by all site personnel. Coordinate with safety officers, and conduct toolbox talks when required.
• Material and Resource Coordination: Monitor material deliveries and usage. Coordinate with procurement and stores for the timely availability of resources.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/monthly progress reports and share with stakeholders. Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and site correspondence.

• Managed and executed more than 4 Water and Waste Water Construction Projects (EPC Projects) by working effectively with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, project staff, draftsman and seniors.
• Working Effectively with client and government officials for work coordination and other liaisoning works.
• Kept projects on schedule and within budget while serving as project leader.
• Developed and executed pre-construction milestones on project schedule.
• Held construction progress and regular status meetings with project team.
• Formulated quality assurance and safety standards to comply with construction plans.
• Verified construction documentation and drawings to meet client requirements as pe tender requirement
• Developed comprehensive engineering documents for assigned projects.
• Prepared project schedule, BOQ, Checking Subcontractor Bills.
• Involved in estimation, cost and tendering works.

(4) 134 MLD STP at Kosad (Oct 2015-Dec 2016)
