• As Analytics Manager, responsible for client relationship management, managing delivery of solution from conceptualization, development till implementation and creating and maintaining project management plan, status reports, etc and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Directed the project team in completion of end to end Reporting and Data analysis activities including Data extraction, Validation, Scrubbing, Cleansing, Enriching etc
• Collaborated with Directors/CxOs to develop unique value proposition/differentiators in devising road maps to revamp the digital presence for clients and participated in defining and developing a new product offering in digital lending through various platforms and technologies.
• Served as the key subject matter expert and helped in selling consulting engagements in BI,Analytics and Microsoft power Platform field.

1. Project Management

* Producing, maintaining and updating project plan including dependencies.
* Defining resource needs and profile (both internal team and the business)

* Managing all deliverables and sign-off

Stakeholder & Change Management
* Host the weekly BI Council meeting – Status Reporting, covering specific topics and owning the actions
* Producing and driving the Roadmap definition and prioritization

* Producing and agreeing on BI Operating Model

* Communicate with other projects for dependency management

* Managing monthly checkpoints with the Sponsor

* Preparing any communications to the business. Manage and deliver Super user training and produce training materials

3. Functional Design and Technical design and development

* Produce prototype analysis/reports to help requirements.

* End to end BI implementation(Oracle BI and Power BI)

* Develop DWH, Power BI and Oracle KPI, Reports, Dashboard Security setup.

* Working with the Super users to complete the High-Level requirements, the logical data model and the

Help define and mobilize business resources to deliver UAT. Also responsible for acting as the UAT Lead.

Operational Management

* Ensuring systematic approach to managing change requests and driving adoption

* Produce and agree on Operating Procedures.

* Ensuring best practice adherence in environment management

* Provide Hyper Care support
