· Support Motherson's overseas companies, SMP & SMIA, in implementing SAP S/4 HANA 2021 with implementation partners, such as Accenture or NTT Data.

· 2 new plant rollouts have been completed, one for the Serbia location and one for the Mexico location.

· Ticket monitoring and resolving within SLA using IT-Service Desk application.

· Communicate with the technical team for customization or development.

· Maintaining documentation of the system configuration, processes, and procedures.

· Initiation of testing, root cause investigation, and configuration adjustments for all new CRs.

· IDOC/EDI creation & validation for DELJIT, DELFOR & DESADV

· Hands-on EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

· Collaborate with other team members to develop work program timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents.

· Demonstration and training to business users.

· Creating test scripts, FS, DS documents

· Offering end-user assistance, training and a user manual.

Assignment (1): Onsite post go-live support in Choudhary Groups (CG) Nepal’s Largest Business Corporate House. Worked as an Associated MM Consultant.

• Providing post go-live support to client for smoothing working in the SAP system.
• Assisting end-users to help them navigate the system or in any issues, and optimize their use of the system.
• Address any technical or functional issues that may emerge in the live environment.

• Detail discussion with client for understanding business process and business requirement as well as prepared a detailed document of AS-IS study and developed the detailed TO-BE processes to suit the company\'s objectives.
• Creation of KDS, BPML and WRICEF as per the requirements of the client.

• Customizing Material Masters, Vendor Masters, by assigning Material Types, Account Group, No. ranges and uploading master data in the system via LSMW & BDC.
