· Taking care of Design part across the Data centre in UK

· Design and prepare HLD/LLD for current existing setup and for new requirements.

· Understanding of Solution required with respect to business criticality as outlined by the customers. Diagnosing and assessing customer needs and provide feedback to various stakeholders to create a business case.

· Implementing ACI on L2out and L3out and migration from legacy DC to ACI.

· Provide support on network issue related to routing in OSPF, EIGRP and BGP, subnet, advertisement, failover, slowness issue, policy-based routing.

· Working on switching issue related to STP, VTP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, High CPU, VPC, VDC, OTV, VXLANand Fabric path.

· Working on escalated P1 and P2 calls, engage all the required party on call and drive the call till the resolution of the issue.

· Providing solutions to the customer and different teams as the various applications and critical servers are hosted in DC.

• Implementation of Cisco Routers, Switches, Nexus, in a LAN & WAN and Data centre network environment
• Implementation and troubleshooting of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP
• Implementation and troubleshooting of various switching issues related to VLANs, VTP, STP, Port security, Ether channels, Inter-VLAN routing, IP helper Address (DHCP), SPAN, VPC, Fabric Path etc
• Implementation and troubleshooting of router redundancy protocols i.e
• HSRP, VRRP and GLBP
• Upgrading Cisco IOS image using TFTP
• Handling fault tickets within the specified SLA and provide the best support possible as per the SLA
