• Lead Architect for promise engine evolution and solved multiple scale challenges over the years. Scaled it up to support 2.5M RPM from 200K.

Logistics Management System

• Migrated logistics platform from monolith architecture to microservices to optimise performance and development cycle. Introduced technology upgrades like Redis cluster, EHCache, gRPC, Spring Boot, Diffblue, Drools, MongoDB, and Redis Graph.
• Optimised multiple APIs and workflows, which helped scale lastmile and logistics platform to process 1Lac deliveries compared to 35K per day.
• Designed multiple features such as Multitenancy, Last-Mile Consolidation, Style Exchange, Deferred payment, Open Box Delivery, Return Experience Improvement, First-Mile Pickup and Last-Mile Dropoff, Hyperlocal, and Same Day Deliveries.
• Improved metrics and visibility across logistics components by introducing New Relic Tracing and Prometheus, which helped stabilise the logistics ecosystem.
• Led multiple EORS sales and cloud migrations successfully for logistics systems.

Flipkart-Myntra Logistics Synergy

• Lead Architect for designing and integrating feature workflows for Flipkart-Myntra logistics synergy. It was a cross-organisational effort that involved collaboration with multiple product, business and technical teams.
• This initiative reduced supply chain costs by unifying Flipkart and Myntra Network operations and the technology stack used in physical facilities.

UGC & TnS

• Rearchitected cache storage and migrated Aerospike to hybrid mode. This optimised cache reads and writes, improving API latency.
• Designed workflow of user video reviews management

Platform Contributions

• Contributed to multiple platform projects, such as Auto Recon(Relayer Module), Standard logging library, and Prometheus integration library.
• Lead Architect for the evolution and design of the Unified Rule Engine Platform. It centralised rule management, standardised rule authoring, and simplified rule execution workflows. It helped drastically reduce the effort to onboard a rule-based use case.
• Leading the Redis group as part of the Myntra Cache Tribe. Automated the Redis Infrastructure and Monitoring setup and designed a Redis Learning path for all skill sets.
• Led the evaluation and adoption of Horizontal Pod Autoscaling across the organisation. This involved experimenting with HPA, tuning core platform features, and developing guidelines for adoption. It helped to optimise the hardware footprint by 40%.
• Evaluated and introduced new API gateway for SCM integrations

• Created a discovery platform for the products of brick-and-mortar stores and provided intent-based search capabilities through an Android app
• Developed a B2B platform to provide user browsing analytics that can help predict customer intents and improve customer experience. It used a novel Reinforcement algorithm to track user behaviour
• Conducted market survey with multiple offline stores to understand their problems and whether our product can benefit them.
• Presented our idea and business plan to Y Combinator, NUMA, and Matrix Partners.

• Rebuilt audit file data collection module to incorporate new audit features from OracleDB(11g/12c) and multiple templates supported by RSyslog.
• Developed Hostmonitor module, which was a proactive agent to detect suspicious activities and anomalies in Oracle Database Server.
