• Manage SAP workloads on AWS for many clients including Arriva, MHCLG, Indivior, FirstGroupBus and FirstGroupRail, Transport for London and Convatec for EMEA.

• Working on different flavors of Linux (Redhat, Suse, Oracle Linux and Ubuntu) for the SAP servers.

• Take part in monthly/bi-monthly and regular patching activities for Windows and Linux servers.

• Working on OS upgrades, New server Commissioning and old server Decommissioning as a part of the projects to keep the Cost budget under control.

• Working on new server builds as a part of Implementation plan for new Customer Projects on AWS.

• Working on new Projects Transitioning starting from Migration to Hypercare and finally to going to Operations.

• Project Management for the Customer “NXP Semiconductors, Netherlands”. Acting as a SPOC Storage Infra management (NetApp) for Customer.

• Planning for Storage and Backup managed services for Transition including Knowledge Transfer sessions.

• Worked on the customer’s requirements for automation of the repetitive process generally take place on Storage boxes using Ansible tower and Gitlab.

• Leading the program increments for different requirements such as D2D setup, OS upgrades, new NetApp device Integration and Configurations.

• Working on Daily operational activities such as new Volume and shares creation, space management, snapmirror relationship setup etc.

• Part of global Storage and Cloud Infrastructure supporting Novartis Pharma AG Clients all over the world.

• Provisioning of new Storage Virtual Machines using AWS. Storage Virtual Machines migration from On-premises VM to the AWS Cloud.

• Snapmirror Provisioning and Disaster Recovery activities to be performed Bi-weekly.

• Upgradation of the CDOT version on cluster level.

• Working on Critical, High, Medium and low priority tickets within SLA using Service Now.

• Provisioning of Storage to newly built servers. Managing the server in a virtualized environment using VMware.

• Storage allocation and Disaster Recovery for NetApp and Dell EMC devices. Storage, VM migration, misalignment correction, HA & DRS Configuration & troubleshooting.

• Storage LUN provisioning, Deduplication, Qtree, CIFS & NFS file system configuration & management.

• Storage systems upgradations & optimization.

• Reviewing the System Implementation Plans for successful project handover.

• Fault rectification and management of Customer networking solutions.

• Monitoring & troubleshooting of BSC, BTS, E Node-B, RNC and other Transmission Equipment Used in Nokia 2G and 3G.

• Resolving Network issues to allow continuation of the Company’s customer connections and maintain SLA’s.
