I began my journey with Support Service M&R in April 2017 as a Claims Associate. Over the years, I have cross-trained in various departments, starting with Non-Clinical M&R, where I was promoted to Senior Claims Associate. I then cross-trained in E&I and supported the "Get to Green" project.
Subsequently, I returned to M&R and had the opportunity to lead a Pilot Batch for Support Service M&R. In this role, I cross-trained new team members and developed job aids for the process. I am proficient in using applications such as PICTS, Unet, FACET, CPA, NICE, DocDNA, and Doc360.
