Testing of three phase induction motor, lithium-ion Battery (73.5 V, 350 AH & 300 AH), charger, ignition switches, brake sensor, harness, auxiliary system & harsh condition of relay failure on electrical tractor.
To validate the electrical checks (cranking system, charging & discharging) inside the cold chamber after 24 hours soaking @-15 deg C (for export tractor) and -5 deg C (for domestic tractor)
To validate the electrical components (Alternator, Horn, Wiring Harness, Starter Motor, Lead Acid Battery, Head Lamp, Fender Lamp, Plough Lamp, Registration Lamp, Cluster, OPC controller, Grow Plug, Air Cleaner Chock Indicator, Shut-Off Solenoid, Eco-Mode Solenoid, Fuel Float, Cruise Control, Rocker Switch & Ignition Switch etc) under performance, endurance, salt spray, thermal shock & Ingress Protection Test
To trail & conclude the radiator failure due to stray current
To validate the following mechanical parts of tractors: hyd lift assembly by using of catch & drop & impact test
Clutch assembly & clutch release bearing by using Killer test & Clutch stall test
Front axle assembly of tractor by using of kick back & impact test
Linkages (brake, clutch pedal, main lever, range lever, parking brake, lift-o-matic switch assy, DCV lever DC & PC, foot throttle & hand throttle) with help of cylinder and micro-controller automation arrangement under cyclic durability test
