I am currently working as Associate with CRISIL Limited with their GIX Analytical department. The project focuses on accumulating the ESG (Environment, Social and Corporate Governance) data for SEBI recognized companies and running analytics as per the set standards. The detailed job profile:

• Working on projects focused on enabling sustainability/ESG strategy and relevant policies spanning across environment, social and governance pillars, for Indian listed/unlisted corporations.
• Working on projects involving interpretation of ESG issues and its implications to the business.
• Running the end-to-end process (from capturing the data in the templates, Review of the data, comparing templates with the macros run, Checking the CDL for any discrepancies and finally to update the data in the Quantix App of the Company.
• Training new team members on the ESG project, evaluating their work and giving them feedback to improve production efficiency.
• Finding loopholes and correcting the process to improve the efficiency and productivity of the team.
• Finding new ways to eliminate the errors and improve the overall team targets.
• Worked on adhoc projects relating to analyzing of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) spends by the top listed companies in India.
