Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based business applications platform that combines components of customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP), along with productivity applications and artificial intelligence tools.

I am working as a Senior Program Manager in Advance Cloud Engineering team within Microsoft. As part of the ACE team, our day to day work includes:

• Managing S500 customers of Microsoft with reactive and proactive ask
• Use Agile Methodology to manage process/program related work items
• Creating process related SOP for internal team and external customers
• Managing vendor/FTE team of 150 members supporting D365 for ACE customers
• Working with customers on reactive and proactive efforts and works toward increasing Dynamics footprints
• Handling executive escalations and work with different internal team to ensure seamless experience for the customers
• Involved in planning and implementation of new features with dynamics with product team
• Measuring the success via various metrics aligned to ITIL model

Secure is the website that provide a portal to raise a request for getting access to different applications across the Organization.

The Application contains UI for end users, Administrators and Work Queue Admin to perform their daily tasks.

I am working in Database support team which maintains and administer the secure database and helps in case of provisioning errors. We also look for corrupted data in the database and create appropriate scripts to resolve the same. We also work on LDAP and AD using Softterra tool and fix the data in case of mismatch.

• It is a support project that is based on Learning Management System
• The project has several layers and and it enable the user to create and manage various training across the organization for various purpose
• I am the part of support team and my roles include helping customer resolving the bugs in their environment, helping them improving the performance of the system, resolving their Web service issues
• Supporting Learning Management System
• Supporting Talent management system
• Creating linked servers and using GSL
• Writing Scripts for bug
• Implementation and analysis

It is a Support and maintenance project of Microsoft for maintaining applications across Microsoft using ISTM and Sibel MSE. It requires sql server and asp.net knowledge.
Here we use to troubleshoot the issues user face during the functionality of application by the help of debugging the Procedures and the code. We monitored the SQL jobs and resolved if they fails.
Overall support and troubleshooting at IIS and SQL level of application was my responsibility and use to do content changes, basic smoke, performance, functional testing and password updates plus other monitoring jobs.

Second project was a development project that is based on Incident Management System.

The project has several layers which used MVC framework and it enable the user to create and manage service request through incident management system.
