Job Profile:
Responsible for manufacturing (assembly & fabrication) of EKA mobility (BUS Division)
Responsible for achieving the Quality, Cost and Delivery targets
Implementing 7 QC-tools, POKA-YOKE in the system to make process robust also ensure safety in work place
Working on various requirements with respect to 4M and monitoring overall production activities for ensuring targets achieve within the time-frame
Taking training sessions of operators/Sub ordinates for educating them about system adherence and to enhance their knowledge
Controlling & monitoring the rejection and rework cost
Preparation of defect data sheet for Quality Improvement on weekly basis & finding out the repeatable issues and find solution with CFT
Preparation & review of SOP for new processes
Manpower handling & deployment as per production plan
Facilitating workstation audits & Process audits
Efficiently handling customer complaints and implementation of CAPA.
