- Build and maintain ethical working relationships with all QA colleagues in communicating with them on all audit findings. Utilize all internal support systems and ensure that efficient and effective reports and other administrative tools are being employed to control all quality assurance responsibilities.
- Study buyer’s requirements (Styling, Fit & Workmanship requirements) & educate Vendor and Factory about styling & requirements of buyer to develop pattern & samples by conducting the Line Review Meeting before start the Production for any corrective action and Bulk suggestion.
- Conduct Risk Assesment/Pre production meeting with concerned factory people to organize the plan from Fabric to Final Inspection date after inspecting the size set.
- Check pattern & during size set evaluation, make sure to get the pattern corrected as per garment and fabric shrinkage to avoid specs discrepancies in bulk & check samples before sending for buyer approval.
- Production monitoring on daily basis which includes follow up with Production planning and quality problems & audits from Trial run inspection to final inspections. Besides performing the Quality Inspection’s, involve closely in Production Planning & Delivery Follow-ups.
- Review all the quality related issues/ reports of the India QA team & authorized to take up the issues directly with buyer.
- Communicate with buyer & NY/ HK counterparts for comments and on time approvals & for issues related with compliance or technical issues.
