• SAP ECTM - Inputs to design production planning module and subsequently successful roll out of system.

Electronic Clearing Service (Debits):-

• Processing ECS presentation files received from 5+ clients and 1 lac + transactions.
• Liaising with RBI & other MICR houses for settlement of file.
• Handling regular and late return queries from various banks received post settlement.
• Preparation of customer wise reports based on presentation done.

Direct Debit processing of Mutual Fund customer :-

• Processing of SIP's on respective dates, which involves debiting of investor accounts who are, Citibank customers & also sending transaction files to banks.
• Maintaining MIS for mandates & transactions received till date.
• Interacting with various external & internal departments for resolution of queries.
• Handling team of on site and off site vendors who perform various departmental activities.

Achievements :

• Successfully handled high volume within stringent deadlines. Appreciations and Awards by senior management for these efforts.
• Part of team conducting various system based UAT. Also have been a part of various external & internal audits.

• Bill passing, GRN & PO adjustment for supplier's payment.
• Checking processing bills of 10+ CM units for payments of job charges.
• Preparing Purchase orders.
• Assisting in production planning for Export orders.
• Preparing STN, issuing road permits.
• Keeping track of pro-rata production of CM units.
