Getting involved within the community illustrates the importance of relationships between the community and the organizations that operate within that area also about cycling, I loved the freedom that came with cycling. Instead of sitting at home in the morning, I would get up, ride my bike, and get energized on the way to work. It made me feel like I was ready to start my day.

I like meditation and exercise because it will improve our all over health by strengthening our immune system.
