• Conduct survey of the damaged vehicles and assess the loss as per policy Terms & conditions .
• Process claims with proper Repairer in case of shortfall of documents /repair bills Process claims with proper Repair v/s replacement decisions.
• Ensure & maintain optimum TAT for claim settlement besides delivering best customer service.

• Make Inventory of vehicles, and open the job card for repair work as per insured approval.
• If the insured claims in insurance then as per the insurance company we collect the required documents and intimate the claim.
• To check vehicle damages and prepare estimates for insurance claims.
• As per the insurance surveyor's approval/assessment, we start the work.
• Called the surveyor for vehicle re-inspection for insurance liability.
• Delivered the vehicle to the insured after getting insurance liability and satisfaction voucher from theinsured.
