Hands on experience in the production of Piston, Swash, Shaft, Rotor and enameled wire. (For Maruti, Tata, Honda, ZF, Subros, Denso, Motherson, Sanden Vikas, NIDEC and INEL....etc). Possess knowledge in managing quality related activities involving in-process inspection and co-ordination with the internal departments. Gained exposure to analysis of rework and rejection as well as taking up appropriate counter measures to prevent its reoccurrence. Improvising the products by streamlining the existing drawing & modification by liaising with the vendors and quality department. Improving productivity level through technology up gradation, cycle time reduction, process improvement and other multi-skilling activities. Manpower Planning, Manpower handling & distribution as per plan to achieve the targets. Completing the Production targets and implementing cost saving projects of department within time frame. Overseeing shop floor management activities as DWM activities to ensure the accomplishment of department's PQCDSM targets. Exposure in with TPM, TQM, MSA, SPC, Quality Analysis, 8D, CAPA, RCA, Why-Why Analysis, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, Lean Manufacturing Methodologies for Productivity & Quality Improvement. Expertise in VSME (Visionary Small & Medium Enterprises) and certified VLFM (Visionary leader for Manufacturing) with the help of methodologies using VMap 3 we are to increase the productivity of packing line by 40% other than that space saving, power saving.
