Exposed results via a self-service web interface where users simply paste a Jenkins job URL. Reduced average CI debugging time from ~30 minutes to under 2 minutes, significantly lowering MTTR. Especially effective for non-Jenkins-trained developers, eliminating dependency on platform experts.
