Details: 747 mtr Tunnel (2 parallel) with Herrenknecht EPB Machine.

Mechanical and Hydraulics maintenance/Trouble shooting of EPB/ Locomotive.

Breakthrough of last 2 tunnels (Krishna & kaveri) Phase 1 Bangalore Metro

Project: JMRCL Project, Jaipur

Details: 1.9 Km Tunnel (2 parallel) (Mitsubishi EPB/ Diameter 6.5 mtr.)

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation and documentation of all part of old Mitsubishi EPB at CEC yard Delhi to Jaipur.

Complete Refurbishment of 2 Mitsubishi EPB including Main Bearing.

Modification of both EPB for Active Articulation System and other desired changes.

Mechanical and Hydraulic System modification and commissioning of Machine.

New Parts ordering and inspection of the same.

Achievements:

Assembly of both EPB with 180 mtr long umblicals at the shaft.

Hydraulic commissioning of the machine at the job site.

Completed initial drive of 250mtr.

Project: CMRL Project (Mayday Park), Chennai

Details: 1.04 Km Tunnel (Robbins EPB / Diameter 6.6m/ EPB 219-364)

Key Responsibilities:

 Daily and weekly preventive maintenance to minimize the production lose.

 Making sure the proper function of Hydraulics/ Grease system.

 Proper functioning of foam, betoniet and Grout system.

 Regular testing of all lubricants and hydraulic oil of TBM.

 Leading a team of engineer, foreman, and mechanics for all mechanical jobs.

Achievements:

 Rectify all grease system issues of Robbins EPB.

 Modify the lube oil cooling system of Main drive lube system of Robbins EPB.

 Foam system problems rectification.

Project: K. B. Tunnel Project Thane (W) Mumbai

Details: 8.3 km water tunnel (Robbins/ Main beam Hard Rock / Diameter 6.25m/ MB2011-350) in 110 meter Deep shaft, continuous conveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

TBM shipment handling and co-ordination with national and international vendors for on time part production.

Co-Ordinate with assembly supervisor as OFTA (on site first time assembly) engineer for making sure the assembly completes on time.

Assembly of all major parts of TBM, Hydraulic plumbing from power station to all actuators as per drawing, Lube system assembly and grease system plumbing.

Daily and weekly preventive maintenance to minimize the production lose.

Robbins continuous conveyor system and 110 meter vertical conveyor.

Achievements:

Completed Project of 8.3 km long tunnel.Achieved best production rate in India, ie 65 meter in 20 hours & more than 830mtr twice a month.

Project: NVDA water project Sleemanabad Katni M.P. India

Details: Construction of 10.1 km (Robbins EPB /Diameter 10m/ EPB326-329)

Key Responsibilities:

Part Of assembly team of TBM.

Assembly of all major parts of TBM, Hydraulic plumbing from power station to all

Lube/Foam and bentonite System assembly.

Project: Parbati water project for 800 MW electricity productions.

Details: Construction of 9 km tunnel (Atlas copco/ Main Beam Hard Rock / Diameter 6.8 / MK27 Jarva)

Key Responsibilities:

Modification of the cutter head support, fixed side, roof and vertical front support for vibration reduction inside 4.3 km of tunnel.

Hydraulic and other mechanical problems rectification of the tunnel boring machine.

Leading a team of engineer, foreman, and mechanics for the all mechanical jobs.

Achievements:

Successfully completed modification of machine inside tunnel.

Hydraulic problem rectification and run the machine after 2.5 years stoppage time.

Project: AMR Project Srisailam Hyderabad A.P. India

Details: 44.5 km tunnel (Robbins/ Double shielded Hard Rock/ Diameter 10 Meters / DS 318)

Key Responsibilities:

Part Of assembly team of TBM.

Assembly of all major parts of TBM, Hydraulic plumbing from power station to all parts of machine.

Lube/water System assembly as per drawing.
