• Reconcile program details based on delivery type and apply appropriate CPE credit calculations.
• Verify external CPE certificates issued for programs attended outside Deloitte, and ensure they are issued by approved sponsors.
• Escalate discrepancies or policy violations to management as required.
• Deliver high-quality work within established timelines, maintaining accuracy to compliance guidelines.

• Trained in DataStage (ETL Tool).
• I worked under the Navistar International client as an ETL Support Analyst.
• The main job was to monitor ETL jobs, monitoring data flow.
• In the case of a failure of Flow, I had to rectify the error and fix it accordingly.
• Removing duplicates from the records, rectifying connection issue and directing to concern team
• Resolving the ticket as per the assigned tasks.
• Have Basic knowledge about OBIEE (Reporting Tool).
• Software used in the project includes Control M, Putty, WinSCP, and DataStage.
