Responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and cargo shipments internationally.
Involve working closely with clients, carriers, and Ship manager to ensure efficient and timely delivery of cargo.
Compare PML data with On board file which received from ship manager.
Sent Pre Alert mail for DG cargo, Also check OOG, Reefers containers if received any discrepancy then sent mail to POL team for clear the discrepancy.
Sent feeder nominations for COASTAL locations to transshipment officer and Create OK1 list.
Create Transhipment summary and sent for validation.
Once received Validation from all POD then we create Final Discharge summary and sent to Cargo operation team before the cut off.
Upload transshipment Manifest in DT (Dubai Trade).
Sent Pre and Post discharge errors to concern team.
Update Bookings Journey legs as per the i-route.
Handle the Turkey, Greece, Malta and Poland Countries.
Coordinating with Depot and Terminal team for movement date to update container details in system (LARA).
Negotiation with Transport team for update the Off Hire moves and same highlighting to HO Team.
Coordinating with Transshipment team for short shipment container and making sure to load them by upcoming vessel/voyage.
Creation of Shipper owned container movement with the help of CSC file and other required documents.
Resolving the export call closure issue contacting export customer care and port of loading team.
Creation of empty booking for empty container as per the terminal data and agency instruction.
In the absence of Sup/ Mange handling the team individually to resolving Queries of team members with detailed explanation.
Check TBI report which received from DDSM team and action on as per the requirements.
Resolving EDI errors as per the requirements.
