  • Co-lead Corporate Due Diligence case support for M&A team - collect and manage data collected from due diligence cases, codify documents from case experiences to support case teams which work on similar scope and continuously strive to improve internal M&A processes
  • Lead regular (weekly) check-ins with Americas and APAC M&A Leadership sharing sprint updates, seek their inputs on upcoming projects and strategize/brainstorm on path forward for team priorities
  • Lead preparation of presentations and data analysis for Americas based M&A leadership meetings and ad-hoc support for Global M&A connects
  • Led a ~1.5 year long project - collaborated with the Private Equity team and Technology Systems Group to transfer Corporate Due Diligence data for 2000+ cases stored on M&A internal cloud platform to the Bain-wide Due Diligence data platform. This enabled M&A team to save ~100 hours of annual effort of collecting, storing and tracking the due diligence data
  • Supported ~180 queries from consulting teams on Post-Merger Integration, Corporate Due Diligence and M&A Strategy work in 2023
  • Lead a team of Junior Knowledge Associate and Knowledge Associates to deliver highest level output to support the M&A team. Manage the relationship between junior stakeholders and M&A leadership

Also trained, managed, and led teams of Junior Knowledge Associates for them to get up to speed with this process
  • Tracked and reported M&A deal opportunity updates and intel to the regional M&A leadership and 400+ global stakeholders through weekly and monthly reports leveraging Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
