As a Sr. Consultant, I am taking care of a team of 4-5 members, I am responsible for SAAS based eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WIX and Big Commerce. Also, I am responsible for eCommerce and CRM, like Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration and ERP, like SAP B1 integration.

I am taking care of global clients, responsible for daily ticket management of clients, where we resolve the client's issues or doubts related to our products, scheduling demos with the clients regarding our products through virtual meetings. I have to show them the working model of the products, discussion about customization as per the client's business specifications.

I was responsible for providing a fully automated solution for Car Rental Companies to manage their daily operations. I understand their business and provide completefull-fledged solutions. I am well well-trained professional for Corporate and retail car rental solutions. I completely understand the requirements of corporate clients. I have knowledge of Booking Management, Dispatch Management, Fleet management, Supplier relationship Management, Tracking and Duty closing process.

As a fresher joined this company through campus placement in the Marketing and IT SALES (BDE/Client Servicing) department. I was handling one of our clients world's top Car Rental Company AVIS INDIA. I am responsible for handling the entire client servicing, acting as client interface, handling promotion for the client's e-commerce site and technical issues. I coordinate with a team of designers, developers and a digital marketing team (SEO, SMO, and SMM) and deliver the assigned task within the timeframe.

As a BDE, sometimes I am also responsible for sales, generating business with new clients and existing clients.

Mainly handling e-commerce projects web web-based applications, SEO and SMO.
