• Module calibration of Fuel system, Combustion & exhaust thermal management (After treatment system)
• Controlled project costs by approving expenditures.

• Identification and component validation activities for the hardware selection and optimization of various engine components such as EGR valve, Injector, turbocharger, ATD selection, etc
• Part of the team which was successfully completed engine & OBD certification for the 0.7L BSVI NA engine of ACE vehicle.
• Part of the team which was successfully completed engine & OBD certification for the 1.5L BSVI Turbo engine of Intra ACE vehicle.
• Led the planning for bench level engine calibration for meeting the performance and emission targets.
• Optimization of engine performance & improved the fuel efficiency through calibration of fuel injection system and proper adjustment timing setting.
• Engine durability plan preparation in align with the DVP and testing of engine durability on the defined test cycle as per the test standards.
• Preparation of complete calibration dataset development plan & schedule to complete all within allotted time. Coordination with EMS supplier for the various activities.
• Utilized advanced diagnostic software tools for accurate assessment of engine performance issues and swift resolution of problems.

Vehicle Benchmarking:

• Preparation of complete benchmarking plan & schedule to complete all test activities within allotted timelines.
• Prepared detail report on various components engine, after-treatment system, transmission system & others part.
