  • Taken care of duel responsibilities along with Forwarding Business, I also worked as Regional Manager - North India for Contract Logistics Business for the aid period. Main responsibility was to head Profit center of Contract logistics business in the organization for North India. Responsibilities include Warehousing, Transportation & In-Plant Operations.
  • Managing customer revenue of USD 6.5 million.
  • Managing a total of 90,000 sq. m. of warehouse area at 11 different locations in 7 states & 3 Union Territories and deployment of over 500+ daily trucks.
  • Apart from above area, we also worked inside 3 different customer sites with additional area of 70,000 sq. m. under our management.
  • Handled customers like: Unicharm India (Mamy Poko Pants), JCB India, ITOCHU India, Chandra Electrical, Funai India and so on.
  • Assessed each location's individual and team performances, analyzing data trends to determine best methods to improve sales results.
  • Elevated market penetration to generate INR100 Crore + in gross annual revenue from Contract Logistics Business sales.
