Vessel Accounting:
1) Crew Payroll processing - Monthly Allotments and Final Settlements - Currently handling 20 Ships (Oil Tankers) with mixed Nationalities. 2) Raising Fund request to the Owners and Parent Company 3) Preparation of Monthly Crew Wages Summary, Cash flow statements, Budget variance reports, Deviation Analysis. 4) Related Parties and Intercompany Invoicing. 5) Reconciling Vessel's monthly and quarterly reports (Master Cash Account, Welfare, Slop chest) with supporting documents. 6) Overseeing and Computation of costs pertaining to P&I and Adhoc cases. 7) Foreign Currency exchange and Fund remittances to multi national Crew and Vendors. 8) Vessel Fund management and Owners cost reimbursement.
Corporate Accounting:
1) Accounts Payables and Receivables - high volume transactions. 2) Revenue accounting and reporting 3) Prepaid and Depreciation calculations. 4) Statutory & Tax computations and remittances - TDS, EPFO, GST, ESI. 5) Customer and Suppliers Ageing reports preparation and follow-ups with relevant parties for recoveries and payables. 6) Reconciling Bank Accounts ( INR, USD & SGD ) and Petty Cash on a daily basis. 7) Assisting & managing month closure activities – P&L and Balance Sheet finalization. 8) Preparation of SOA and other Financial Statements. 8) Transfer Pricing, Shared Services, Related party transactions calculations and reconciliations. 9) Stock maintenance - Weekly and Monthly reports preparation.
HR & Admin Operations:
1) New employee screening, hiring & conducting preliminary Interviews. 2) Offer letter and Employment contract preparation. 3) Labour laws and other Employee related statutory compliances. 4) Addressal of Staff grievances, concerns and escalating it to the Senior Management. 5) Employee engagement committee and activities.
