• Built extensible provider abstractions and typed configuration interfaces to improve reliability, ensure cross-cloud consistency, and enabling horizontally scalable, stateless discovery and reconciliation across clusters.

Drift Detection & Reconciliation

• Designed and implemented the Cluster Drift feature, enabling infrastructure state discovery, real-time detection, and flexible reconciliation workflows.
• Partnered with product and platform teams to benchmark offerings, define core capabilities, and deliver seamless platform integration.
• Eliminated 95% of manual reconciliation efforts with drift monitoring across 1000+ clusters with near-perfect detection accuracy.

Cluster Health

• Architected and implemented a real-time, enterprise-grade Kubernetes health monitoring system for edge, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, reducing incident detection time from 30+ minutes to 30 seconds.
• Designed a distributed observability platform leveraging Kubernetes informers, gRPC streaming, and microservice patterns to enable actionable telemetry, historical analytics, and unified operational insights across diverse clusters.

ClusterControl(clusterctl)

• Designed and implemented a declarative, GitOps-style cluster management framework (clusterctl) enabling version-controlled lifecycle operations across EKS, AKS, GKE, and on-prem environments.
• Engineered a modular, diff-based orchestration layer with dry-run validation and templating support, ensuring safe, auditable, and extensible lifecycle workflows adopted by 25+ teams managing 500+ clusters.

• Developed ClearPass Automation-as-a-Service (CPAaaS), a Go-based platform with a React-Redux frontend, unifying legacy automation tools into a scalable, maintainable solution. Adopted by 10+ internal teams, empowering self-service automation and reducing operational dependencies.
• Designed and developed infrastructure and automation tools for ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), enhancing platform reliability and efficiency across production environments, driving a 35% increase in throughput and 2× faster release cycles.
