Clients : Ford, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Skoda, Opel, and SEAT.

Responsibilities :

• Design and detailing of BIW Fixtures like Grippers, Welding, Checking & Inspection Fixtures for the car panels like Assy Side wall, Assy Front door shell, Assy wheel arch front.
• Created assembly drawings, including bill of material and detail drawings, for the design of Welding & Inspection Fixtures.
• Utilized CATIA V5 R30, R22, R28.
• Modification in 3D & 2D for (Ford, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Skoda, Opel, and SEAT).
• Quality Control- checking of 2D drawings.
• Preparation of BOM by PLM tool FM Stuillie.
• Preparation of BOM using standard material catalog provided by the clients .
• Good Knowledge of Porsche, Audi, Skoda Standards.
• Project delivery at customer End, (Ford, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Skoda, Opel, and SEAT)
