Managing pediatric patients with solid and hemato-lymphoid tumors, patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation. Our center has the highest turnover of bone marrow transplants - 200+ pediatric bone marrow transplants in the year 2023. I have had my experiences in encountering patients with acute and chronic GVHD, CLABSI, opportunistic infections, veno-occlusive diseases and other high risk scenarios. Treating Pediatric oncology patients receiving chemo/radiation therapy. Managing children with febrile neutropenia, neutropenic sepsis. Involving in modes of stem cells collection - Peripheral blood stem cells collection and bone marrow harvests. Hands-on training - bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, lumbar puncture, PICC line insertion procedures.
