Managing pediatric patients with solid and hemato-lymphoid tumors, patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation. Our center has the highest turnover of bone marrow transplants - 200+ pediatric bone marrow transplants in the year 2023. I have had my experiences in encountering patients with acute and chronic GVHD, CLABSI, opportunistic infections, veno-occlusive diseases and other high risk scenarios. Treating Pediatric oncology patients receiving chemo/radiation therapy. Managing children with febrile neutropenia, neutropenic sepsis. Involving in modes of stem cells collection - Peripheral blood stem cells collection and bone marrow harvests. Hands-on training - bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, lumbar puncture, PICC line insertion procedures.

• Assessed developmental progress to foster mental and physical wellness in pediatric patients.
• Worked in COVID ICU - adults and pediatric ICUs and have played an important role in taking care of sick COVID patients.
• Administered required vaccinations and advocated for adherence to vaccination schedule for best disease prevention.
• Treated newborns of premature birth, providing close care and pulmonary intervention to promote health and growth.
• Teamed with other physicians, specialists, and health care providers to provide well-rounded care for complex cases.
• Volunteered at community health clinic to provide high quality care for low-income and indigent patients.
• Worked in Pediatric specialities - Paed Neuro, Cardio, Gastro, Nephro, Rheumat, Hematoncology. Involved in seeing patients in OPDs and IPs being a part of the team and case discussions
