I always wanted to work in a medical or paramedical field. When I did not get through medical entrance exam I decided to study psychology and from then on its been a focus on "how can I help me and my fellow beings to be a better human being". Some important facets about myself: I completed a teachers training course in special education from Alpha to Omega Learning Centre, Chennai during July-August 2003. The training program focussed on how to make lesson plans for children with learning difficulties in various aspects like English writing, reading, math and so on. September 2008-August 2009: The second Masters was more like a booster dose for the first course. Having done it in UK gave me a different perspective on clinical psychology, what it takes to be an actual graduate and the cultural exposure I got was unimaginable. In 2011 April- July, I got the golden opportunity to get trained under the renowned Psychiatrist Dr.Philip John sir (Founder of Peejays Neurocentre). From him I not only learnt to think out of the box but also learnt to think cumulatively when it came to assessing children and adults. From April 2012- October 2013 I did voluntary work at Lakshmi Hospital, Cochin. With my knowledge from special education learning techniques and assessment ideology from Peejays I worked in the paediatric department assessing new born babies and also did counselling for young children who had personal problems and study issues. I have immense experience counselling adults especially during the covid lockdown times.
I am a tutor/educator/counsellor who is reliable , trustworthy and most importantly approachable to anyone for any issues from a child to adult irrespective of age religion and socioeconomic status. My experience is not under some branded names, my experience is my sole existence.
