Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing backend support services to the global sales operations team to ensure the most accurate and current information on prospects available for our sales and marketing teams.

• Maintaining quality CRM data in the Salesforce application. Using a combination of Salesforce CRM and Internal Data Quality Tools, the GSO team will work in conjunction with the U.S. Based Quality Team to improve FactSet Sales process.
• Maintain and update the profiles of buy-side/sell-side institutions used by our clients to maintain their business relationships.
• Transferring data from various internal and external sources, i.e. LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, FINRA, Open Corporates, etc. Into the CRM - Salesforce, and check existing data for discrepancies and duplicates.
• Contacts, Accounts, and sales opportunity creations and validations, and Data Cleansing and analysis for sales reports.
• Completing the tasks accomplished within stringent deadlines, perform reconciliation upon project completion by using CRM - Salesforce List builder and Excel. Prioritizing various projects received.
• Filling RPDs (Request for Product Development) for Enhancement Requests, Bugs, and Questions.
• Improved data accuracy by conducting in-depth research and analysis on industry trends and market behavior.

Special Project:

Handling special projects within the team, like bulk email uploads.
