As a QA Engineer Intern at Zeepty Technologies, a fast-growing e-commerce platform, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the website through comprehensive testing practices.

Performing manual and automation testing to detect bugs and deliver a smooth user experience.

Executing functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and mobile responsiveness testing.

Writing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and detailed test reports for various modules.

Testing core features such as user registration/login, product catalog, cart, checkout, and payment integration.

Collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile environment.

Using Asana for bug tracking, issue management, and ensuring timely defect resolution.

Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and platform quality.

This role has provided me with valuable, real-world experience in software quality assurance, working hands-on with a live e-commerce product.

Developed and executed end-to-end automation testing for the OpenCart platform using TestNG with Extent Reports. Built a robust Hybrid Framework following the Page Object Model (POM) for scalable and maintainable test scripts. Integrated Jenkins for CI/CD and Docker for consistent environment setup. Performed API testing using Rest Assured and ensured cross-browser compatibility. Achieved 100% test coverage by combining manual test cases with automated scripts for critical workflows like user login, cart operations, and checkout.

Description:Worked on the functional automation testing of the DemoBlaze e-commerce website, which allows users to browse, add products to the cart, register/login, and make purchases. The goal was to ensure all user interactions worked seamlessly across various scenarios using automation.
