• Dealing in all OTC products while assisting in verifying the economic details of trades booked on daily basis.
• Handle electronic derivative trades across multiple platforms, including Tradeweb, ICE, and Marketwire.
• Process and confirm Swaps and Non-Deliverable Swaps (NDS) via Tradeweb for accurate booking and timely settlement. •
• Verify and process Credit Default Swaps (CDS) on the ICE platform, ensuring trade details are error-free.
• Process IBOX trades via Tradeserv OSTTRA, ensuring compliance with counterparty agreements and industry standards.
• Affirm and process Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Novation Trades on the Marketwire platform, ensuring alignment with terms.
• Ensure accurate Mark-to-Market (MTM) valuation of swap trades and close collaboration with the Middle Office to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct rigorous reconciliation of trade data to prevent financial misstatements and mitigate risks.
• Process paper trade confirmations received from counterparties, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with counterparties to ensure timely confirmation approvals within agreed SLAs, minimizing operational risks.
• Verify trade details such as notional amounts, interest rates, and counterparty agreements against internal records for paper trades.
• Affirm and check Equity Structured Options on Marketwire and ensure accurate booking in Calypso.
• Verify trade economics and conduct ODB (Operations Data Base) affirmations to ensure accurate trade confirmations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and counterparties to resolve breaks or mismatches in trades like equity structured options , equity linked swap , performance swap,swap cross currency and swaps.
• Resolve trade breaks and discrepancies by analyzing data, collaborating with Middle Office teams, and implementing corrective actions.
• Extract trade data from ACE for accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting and compile monthly NAV reports for performance analysis and risk assessment.

OTC Reconciliation

• Analyzing result generated by triresolve to find the root cause of the breaks and initiate resolution.
• Investigating and matching of unmatched trades and legal entities break on trioptima.
• Investigating large and small MTM breaks on product and portfolio level work with trader and counterparties towards resolving the breaks.

D-Legal

• Assisting the onboarding associates with the execution on derivatives agreements, management and storage of documentation.
• Markit entity creation, sourcing updated document guide, Markit distribution permissioning updates, Bloomberg invoice and purchase guide.

• Learning Technical and Fundamental Analysis. Giving advice to the clients and creating Investment Awareness.
