- Processing funding in coordination with the operations team
- Raising funding requests on behalf of RMs/ RHs
- Tracking pledge of shares for the clients and keeping the RHs informed about it
- Tracking of loan extension and coordinating with RHs about the status
- Tracking MTM and communicating it with RHs
- Stock of ESOP forms and stamp papers and distribution and tracking of forms to each location
- Ensuring 100% audit compliance
- Interaction with clients in order to help them in selling of shares and related procedures
- Providing the ESOP loan statements and DMAT holding statements to the clients
- Resolving the queries raised by the clients regarding the selling of shares, any adjustments towards loan, ROI re-alignments
- Coordinating with other teams to carry out reversals of high brokerage and interests charged to customer erroneously
