● Updating our internal database with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
● Gathering payroll data like working hours,leaves and bank account
● Screening resumes and application forms
● Schedule and confirm interview with candidates
● Post,update and remove job ads from job boards, careers page and social networks
● Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR related matters
● Assisting in the planning of company events
● Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
● Handling Staff of 45, Making sure they are achieving personal targets as allotted
● Marketing and Selling of Home Care products and meeting sales target
● Managing the Clients, Records, Stock inventory and Expenditures
● Understanding the Clients Requirements and selling customized Packages and Memberships
● Creating and Converting Leads into Clients generated from Telemarketing
● Organizing and Conducting in Salon training for the staff
● Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
● Making daily/monthly reports/roasters and coordinating with Zonal Head
● Also being responsible for carrying out all internal activities of the branch
