Designed and implemented a real-time system for CITI Bank to recommend personalized offers based on customer transactions and expenditure patterns. The platform centralized offers, campaigns, and referrals while enabling proactive customer engagement through fraud alerts, service reminders, and need forecasting, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
** Analyzed and gathered requirements for real-time offer creation and fulfillment for bank customers, integrating with various platform touchpoints and coordinating with upstream/downstream entities.
** Provided strategic solutions and consultation for multiple markets, leading requirement scoping sessions with client business teams.
** Developed and modified BW and BE rules based on customer needs, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and teams to emphasize the criticality of proposed solutions
Project - CITI - CitiPlanner
Citiplanner is integrated advisory platforms that captures the goals for the CITI customers and provide recommendations within various consumer and business modules.
Responsibilities:
** Analyzed requirements and functional specifications, updated technical documents, and developed business workflows using TIBCO BW, including creating and deploying EAR files.
** Demonstrated strong debugging and problem-solving skills with expertise in system development methodologies and end-to-end functional testing.
Project - T–Mobile USA Inc - Anytime Upgrade, Oracle Fusion to TIBCO Migration :
The customers are allowed to upgrade, simply by trading in their eligible device and receiving credit for all remaining device payments, up to half of its original cost.
Responsibilities:
**Led the migration project from Oracle Service Bus to TIBCO BW5 in the Telecom domain, overseeing end-to-end service design, implementation, and migration. Designed service flows, created unit test plans, and documented test cases aligned with business requirements.
**Developed and deployed robust TIBCO BW5 services, ensuring high performance and scalability, while conducting extensive unit testing using SOAP UI to validate functionality.
**Supported defect resolution and system optimization across DIT, QAT, and production environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
**Provided critical issue analysis and troubleshooting during lifeline calls and War rooms, delivering effective solutions for high-priority incidents and minimizing service downtime.
