• Preparing the Staff file according to the filing system to manage department documents.
• Organized and updated databases, records and other information resources.
• Coordinated office events, seminars and meetings for staff and clients.

The firm is in the field of assisting the students/applicants for Abroad Studies. I was assigned with the job of preparing the students file by collecting the necessary documents, preparing Statement of Purpose and processing the application. I was handling the students/applicants who wished to study in United Kingdom.
