  • India Payroll and Benefits Administration – Recently started working on processing monthly pay for Bangalore employees including calculating benefits, exit employee pay, pay for new employees and managing various benefits which come along with payroll like sodexo
  • Employee Engagement - Employee engagements was of utmost importance during virtual work from home time-period. Responsible for the entire employee engagement program for Noodle.ai (Bangalore) and partially for other locations too. Right from virtual bi – weekly celebrations, organizing various technical and non- technical trainings, celebrating festivals and other celebrations to more formal events like recognition programs, team building activities and feedback programs
  • Understanding the level of engagement and working monthly on global check in survey to understand the grievances of the employees.
  • Employee Benefits - Responsible for the benefits administration for Bangalore location. Taking care of the whole of inducting employees into group health insurance, life insurance, provident fund and wellness programs at Noodle.ai like Practo and other wellness programs.
  • Policy Formation - Assisted with the formation of flexible time off policy and recognition program policy. As a part of statutory compliance worked on updating the employee handbook.
  • End to End Recruitment – For a few months managed the recruitment process at Bangalore office, working on various technical positions like Data Engineer, Senior Data Engineer Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, Tableau Admin, Data pipeline engineer and support engineer.
