SmartSite is a product intended to bring real-time detailed visibility over windfarm construction projects, digitalizing the reporting of activities and eventually powering improvements in the construction process based on various metrics by detailed analytics using power BI

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversaw entire product deployments from vision and creation to rollout and delivery.
• Owned and prioritized product backlog.
• Categorized the requirements to features and planned the releases with clear timelines and defined scope.
• Focused on building critical features up front in order to identify constraints and technical challenges.
• Collaborated with UX team to come up with product wireframes and designs.
• Creation of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and DoD
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions with the engineering team and clarify questions and address concerns
• Managed implementation of new features by outlining plans and specifications such as how, where and when each component would work.
• Organize Trials with selected user groups to get early feedback and implement changes to product design
• Conduct UAT sessions with key user groups and get approval for release and help create User’s Manual

Product overview

This product is Target's enhanced and modernized application for Macro Space Planning for stores which lays the foundation for Micro space planning (Planogram) and is aimed at creating better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. The product is responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create Product vision and strategy by understanding the problem with the existing/Legacy application and its limitations.
• Conduct user interviews with business users and identify the new features that can be introduced in the product.
• Create Product roadmap with basic MVP and subsequent releases planning and align with Business owners during SteerCo meetings
• Work with cross functional teams on dependencies and possible roadblocks and formulate release plan
• Create and maintain product backlog and conduct backlog grooming sessions with development team.
• Conduct Sprint Planning Sessions and execute the prioritized backlog stories
• Closely work with Merchandising Department heads (BO) to identify and plan rollout and migration of each department.
• Conduct Sprint Reviews and Demos to keep Stake Holders and other teams updated with the progress and new features.

Product overview

The Product was all about modernizing Target's POG Print and Label Print solution from mainframe based system to new improved Java based micro services solution using cloud storage. The modernized Label print solution also established in house printing capabilities eliminating external printing vendor thus saving $7M/year

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Study and Understand the POG imaging feature of the Space Planning (Target's POG building tool) and engage with solution architects to explore its usage and fit.
• Come up with the concept of SPV(simplified POG views) to have the print layouts optimized - first step to Product Roadmap
• Cross team collaboration with other product teams such as Pricing/Stores/Promo to consume their modernized solution (API) and have backlog aligned with their readiness
• Create product backlog with an emphasis on Discovery stories on initial stages and POC for subsequent also with decommission strategy for legacy solution
• Collaborate with Target Printing Services to have In House printing for Labels with strategy laid out to have optimized label printing frequency.
• Conduct Sprint Planning Sessions and execute the prioritized backlog stories.

Project overview

• Upstream Distribution Center or simply UDC is a specific type of Distribution Center within Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics that distributes certain hard to forecast items to stores, managing this kind of inventory at a specialized facility. For such hard to forecast items when a demand materializes, UDCs allocate those items directly to store and deliver by cross-docking at RDCs to catch a store bound trailer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with onshore Business Process Consultants and Business Analysts during the requirements pre-scoping.
• Analyze database models and existing system and propose an optimized solution with required changes and complete POC.
• Create the High Level design along with DB architectural changes and technical process flows ensuring architectural guidelines are followed.
• Educate engineers in the team with HLD and review the low level design specs and ensure coding standards are followed during development.
• Review work completed by team and provide constructive feedback and coordinate the implementation activities.

• POG optimization is a tool used by planogram analysts, Buyers to create optimized planograms that are the visual depiction of how items are arranged on a shelf.
