Serving as Secretary for the Department of Organizational Planning and Evaluation (OPED) at the Union of Evangelical Students of India (UESI) since August 2025. The Department is the advisory arm of the UESI Board that guides in the visioning, strategic planning, and periodic evaluation of the UESI movement, thereby facilitating a holistic development of ministry to reach the fullest potential in fulfilling the Vision of UESI by means of the Mission (AIMs), core values, and key policies of UESI.
Scope of the Department:

1) Organizational Planning and Reporting function.
To outline, maintain, and deploy appropriate Long Range/Strategic and Short Term/Annual/Tactical Planning, Evaluation, and Reporting frameworks, cycles, and processes at the national level.
2) State Planning Evaluation Cell support function:
To support and guide the planning function of state units (support to 29 state ECs/SPECs on P&E matters).
Principal purpose:
The Leadership Team is responsible for management and execution, serving as the central implementation unit that executes the plans and decisions of the UESI AGM and Board efficiently and in a timely manner. The LT is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and controlling the progress of work of the various National Departments, Cell Groups, and Task Groups – to ensure lateral synergies, that no delays, overlaps, or redundancies result from each team's work in implementing AGM and Board decisions. GS will delegate and empower the Leadership Team to ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinated and oversaw ministry activities across five South Indian states: Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, and Telangana. Led the Zonal Coordination Team to enhance collaboration and effectiveness in ministry initiatives. Fostered relationships with local churches to promote engagement and support for various programs..
Worked as the Secretary of the Field Development Department. (FDD)
The main mission is to facilitate the formation, establishment, consolidation, and expansion of EU (student groups) in line with the vision and aims of UESI through appropriate models, methods, tools, and technologies, aimed at forming faith communities of students as Christ-like role models on university and college campuses.
Its main responsibilities.
a. Guide zonal coordination committee of states, for administrative purposes, UESI is divided into six zones/state leadership in the administration, consolidation, and development of the field, both qualitatively and quantitatively, especially in non-decentralized states.
b. Although state leadership (decentralized and non-decentralized states) is responsible for the development of the field in the state, the national FDD is jointly responsible for the expansion and establishment of the ministry (EU and EGF groups) to unreached student centers of national importance, even in decentralized states.
c. Study the field ministry scenarios, trends, and movement from a national perspective, periodically report on the same, and recommend/implement appropriate strategies, resources, and training for further development of the field.
Responsible for the overall ministry in Kerala and the person responsible for executing the decisions of the UESI-Kerala board, overseeing the administrative office through the office admin, giving pastoral care to the staff team, leading and guiding the field ministry, and helping various departmental committees in the state.
• Represented UESI on the Board of ESAF, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Responsible for the ministry among the university students covering the southern part of Kerala State. Motivate and equip the graduates and families to get involved in Student Ministry. Organizing evangelistic and discipleship training camps for students and graduates. Responsible for overseeing student committees at various levels (local, district, and regional).
