• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
• Schedule & resource finalization with project team..
• Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress, Monitoring progress.
• Coordination with External Agencies, Clients, Architects, consultants for design and specification review. Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with site management team for information exchange & required action
• Follow up Inspection with RTO (Representative Technical Officer)
• Interacting with Clients, Architects, Structural Designers & Services Consultants, supervising on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Estimate according to design preparation interacting and coordinating with engineering suppliers and contractors for material and equipment costs
• Analysis on costs like labor, materials, special machinery requirements, etc
• Dedicated for Executing work.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Work in close coordination with the vendors/ contractors and ensure that materials received are in accordance with the right quantity & to the scheduled time.
• Delegating duties to team members as per the project schedule.
• Monitoring the performances of team members and motivating them.
• Preparing drawing and executing Water Supply and waste water line for Toilets, Kitchen, Pantry, etc.
• Monitoring and coordinating MEP.
