As a part of this role, I manage the UOW's International in-country team and I'm responsible for all aspects of global marketing, engagement and recruitment activities for UOW Global Campuses [Australia, Dubai, Malaysia and India].

Within my portfolio, I currently manage strategic and operational aspects of international marketing including market identification and development, market entry strategy, student recruitment, acquisition and conversion management, brand development and market intelligence.

  • Contributed and managed the international strategy for the University by working very closely with the Executive Director and the Director, Global Student Recruitment Partnerships.
  • Successfully managed the delivery of recruitment activity in a portfolio of countries in order to meet institutional recruitment targets.
  • Improvised the agent engagement by conducting need-based trainings and agent conferences, thereby helping in increasing brand awareness and overall agent relationship.

  • Established the UOW Global Campus model in-country and delivered the expected result in a span of twelve months.
