*Onboarding formalities - Conducting corporate office new joiners onboarding formalities, documents verification, employee id creation, ensuring timely handover of joining kit, email id, IT assets and Business cards, conducting Induction and POSH training, joining announcement, management team and departmental interaction.
*BGV & Ex-Employees verification: Initiating BGV of new joiners(Pre&Post) through a third party. Responding to ex-employees verification requests with proper data.
*Payroll process - Preparing payroll inputs sheet of 300+ corporate employees, uploading new joiner's salary components in HRMS portal, Updating add new/hold/remove status, responding to queries related to salaries credited.
*HR Letters -Appointment letter weekly report status. Issuing abscond, warning letters, PIP, termination etc., Mid-increments, promotion, salary revision letter preparation etc.
*PMS - Increment, Promotion letters preparation and resolving related queries of employees.
*Exit Process - Conducting exit interview, completing asset handover, providing weekly inputs for F&F sheet, forwarding experience letter after F&F.
*Team Lead : Lead a team of 2 subordinates for some period of time in handling timely onboarding of new joiners in centers and issuance of uniforms, ID cards and appointment letters and 1 subordinate(Front Office) in taking care of office administration & maintenance.
