Project Description: Neutrals Portal is a web-based case management application designed to manage arbitration and mediation workflows. It enables users to create and manage cases, assign hearing officers, schedule hearings, maintain party and signatory information, manage PMA forms, and handle decision-related workflows. The application integrates with DocuSign to support electronic document signing and helps streamline the end-to-end case lifecycle.

Roles and responsibilities

• Executed end-to-end testing for case management workflows, validating case creation, assignment, updates, approvals, status changes, and closure to ensure quality in CRM-like lead and deal lifecycle processes.
• Validated end-to-end case management workflows, including case creation, assignment, hearing scheduling, approvals, status changes, and case closure.
• Designed, prepared, and executed [Number] test cases for functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing.
• Analyzed business and functional requirements to define test scope, develop test cases, scenarios, and checklists that were aligned with feature requirements and addressed edge cases.
• Developed and maintained automated UI test scripts using Selenium WebDriver [Version] and Java for critical application workflows, enhancing testing efficiency and consistency.
• Documented defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings, collaborating with developers to validate fixes and improve application stability.
