- Work as Maintenance in-charge & completely involved with the expansion work of Dairy Plant.
- The expansion includes Reorientation of Processing plant. Also handled the Project of expanding the Boiler capacity and Refrigeration plant capacity included erection and commissioning of 1 tons Qucon boiler. Responsible for chilling& processing centers maintenance of Sangola, Tembhurni and Udgir plant. Responsible for training to chilling center refrigeration operators, processes operator & electricians for smooth operation of plant and energy conservation.
- In refrigeration plant, I have 220 TR instant type ammonia expansion chiller, 40000 Liter brine tank of -4
- C and 35000 Liter normal water IBT tank of
- 0 C . I have open type reciprocating ammonia compressorKC4 -2 No’s & kc3- 1 No’s & Milk cold rooms of + 4
- C. We have two type ammonia condenser system open type ammonia condenser and 200 TR evaporative condenser Thermax make.
- We have installed the 250&150 TR ffc chillers with 400 TR evaporative condensers in 2023. We have a facility of 5 klph &10 Klph milk RO plants with milk pasteurizer & separation system.
- We have a Tetra Pak double circuit CIP system for cleaning of All processes equipment’s.
- Responsible for providing assistance for preparing annual budget and Ensure adherence to targeted budgets in Maintenance and Utilities. Responsible for coordination with the Processing department for timely availability of utilities, plant and machinery smooth flow of production operations . Responsible for devising and carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance schedule for availability of equipments in good condition. Responsible for spares planning, availability meeting requisite quality standards.
- Responsible for monitoring & review of machine/ equipment history to ensure efficiency of operations and up keep of the same. Keep abreast with best engineering practices and facilitate improvements. Ensure resolution of breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure maintenance and reporting of consumption, break down and other relevant data for analysis and MIS purposes. Ensure effective utilization of manpower by efficient planning. Ensure arrangement of training programs for the manpower

Also erection of CAN washer Swastika makes of capacity 800 Cans/hour.
