• Architected and re-engineered existing eDiscovery system (SourceOne) to capture chat messages for the newly introduced Cisco Jabber system through integration with SMARSH Vantage system. This has ensured the record keeping of electronic data and meeting the regulatory and compliance requirement.
• Re-designed existing eDiscovery tool (SourceOne) to capture the feed from Microsoft Exchange system while transition of email platform from IBM Lotus Domino to Microsoft Exchange.
• Onboarding of SourceOne system into GiAM tool to automate the leavers and movers process.
• Introduction of new access model, approval and recertification process to tighten the security by meeting all audit requirements.
• Migrated the SourceOne data from MiddleEast and Jersey to a centralized location in the United Kingdom as a part of re-consolidation project. This had reduced the operation and administration cost.
• Architectural change for eDiscovery tool (Veritas eDiscovery platform/Clearwell) from a stand alone environment to a distributed architecture which had helped to maintain the resiliency.
