• Manage cargo sales and service activities within the assigned agencies/territory; so as to achieve Revenue targets and to maintain service delivery standards, within the cost budget; and to the utmost satisfaction of both Internal and External customers; through providing effective on time support and management along overall supervision of Ramp handling (including loading/unloading cargo & passenger baggages)

• Liaison with HUB for import and export cargo for a zero error complaint
• Updated HO on the current market status /local Government Regulations relevant to the respective station to ensure smooth Cargo Operations.

Supervising Loading and Weight distribution in the Flight Customs Operations and Customer Care Services Cargo receiving, bounding, palletization, de-palletization of export and Import Cargo

• Coordinated seamless communication between different departments for smooth order fulfillment across all stages of the supply chain process.
• Handling both Export and Import Cargo Movements from Bangalore for Lufthansa, Air France, British Airways, Thai Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Gulf air etc
