  • Responsible for end-to-end, product-specific IT recruitment in various departments, like Cloud operations, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success.
  • Maintained the average requisition aging under 60 days through market mapping and prioritizing early joiners. Onboarded high-quality resources within the stipulated SLAs (TAT). The average time to hire is 67 days, time to offer is 39 days, and offer to joining is 28 days.
  • My offer acceptance ratio is 95%, offer to onboarding is 86%, and diversity ratio is 33%.
  • Responsible for requisition intake, presenting market intel and insights to calibrate with the hiring manager on the requirements. Utilized a data-driven approach to track and analyze hiring metrics, making recommendations for process improvements, and best practices.
  • Provided guidance and support to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including req creation on ATS (Lever), interview training, and candidate assessment. Also, responsible for providing ad hoc reporting on the status of the candidate pipeline.
  • Built a healthy professional relationship with the hiring managers across time zones through weekly and bi-monthly reporting on calls.
