It is an US-based health insurance company which uses Appian to streamline and automate health care insurance operations. This project contains multiple solutions for policy management, claims processing, underwriting approvals, customer onboarding, and document management. Initially they had a legacy system, later migrated to Appian low-code capabilities to digitize manual insurance processes and improve operational efficiency.
