- Responsible for Site Equipment's (Instruments, tariff Meters & CT, PT etc.) Calibrations on time as per Compliance requirements.
- Site NRLDC compliance fulfillment like as per frequency timely PQM, Meter calibrations, Bay maintenance. yearly self audit submission etc.
- Maintain site inventory and Using budget smartly for whole year. Responsible for the timely creation of PR and follow up of important spare available on time.
- Responsible for Site equipment (Transformer, Relay & Breakers) timely testing by site team or TPI to get preventive awareness about assets health and Plan accordingly.

- Responsible for timely reporting of daily generation and performance sheets, MIS, Gensuite reports (Renew), Azure Shield, CMT portal compliance sheet, site compliances (IMS & DMS) checklists.

Also, In Azure power and other sites, I am having additional responsibility of Total RJ2 region sites regarding PM and I track the PM status, requirements and compliance sheets and discussion with management Provide appropriate solutions to team.

- Independently handled three Ostro solar sites (20 MW each) as a 60 MW cluster, with end-to-end responsibility for operations, maintenance, and performance tracking of all sites.
- Planned and monitored daily generation, PR, and loss analysis, ensuring timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinated with O&M vendors for maintenance execution, invoice verification, timely booking, and payment follow-ups.
- Site HSE incharge responsible for timely trainings related to Safety and Closing and tracking all sites audit NC and their closure.
- Responsible for ROW issue resolution, including coordination with local stakeholders and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
- Played a key role in crisis management during severe flooding, where the plant remained shut down for over a month due to waterlogging.
- Planned and executed water dewatering activities, including deployment of manpower, installation of tubewells, and continuous monitoring until site restoration.
- Led systematic restoration planning post-flooding, including inspection and testing of IDTs, inverters, SMBs, and associated electrical equipment.
- Successfully charged and restored the complete 20MW plant to full capacity within 10 days, following structured planning, testing, and coordination.
- Managed local village ROW challenges during restoration, including water collection issues inside the plant premises, through effective local liaisoning.
- Coordinated IDT failure rectification by engaging SCM teams, vendors, and local resources to ensure timely repair and installation.
- Handled manpower shortages during critical periods by optimizing available resources and prioritizing activities.
